Over the years, they have represented us for four real estate transactions, and every time they have been absolutely incredible. This last sale was especially meaningful since we were moving out of state, and they handled everything with complete professionalism, expertise, and care. Kelli's expertise not only on selling past properties and buying rental properties and vacant land for multiple businesses we own, has been nothing short of excellence.  Her ability to strategically schedule the pre-launch of listing a new custom home with price point near $2M was an excellent way to draw in attention prior to it going live on the MLS, and ultimately led to a full cash offer with an extremely quick close, and we still received multiple offers after it went live but chose the first offer.  And on top of of it the buyers are amazing people.  Like attracts like and Kelli and Melissa create this for us as repeat sellers. Kelli Grant and her team have been the best experience I have ever had. Throughout my life I have sold five different homes and have also bought real estate land. My experience up until now has never been complementary of not only my realtors but the buyers or sellers realtors involved. So often do buyers or sellers realtors play on your emotions or use  scare tactics To justify lowering your price if you’re selling or conversely raising your price if you’re buying. What has always been my experience is they do what they have to do to get the sale complete to earn their commission and to move onto the next client.
Totally not true about Kelli Grant. Kelli used to be a resident Where I am currently selling my house and she knows the market In ways I have not seen any other realtor. Her knowledge of the neighborhood with the different builders that make up the neighborhood was so useful and instrumental in closing my deal. Any realtor could sign you up, present  you offers, and follow through but Kelli thinks  outside the box and goes above and beyond putting together an appraisal package that not only justifies the selling price but educates the appraisers to the different nuances that each builder brings to their neighborhood thus insuring a valid appraisal.
It is also not about the commission with Kelli…. Suffice to say without going into details that she will do whatever she has to do to get her client the most money she could.
Kelli does not just keep bankers hours…. An example of this is while discussing certain details at 9 o’clock on a Sunday night with my wife, I pick up the phone to get the answer from Kelli and she answers it gladly. And if she doesn’t know the answer she’ll find out right away and get right back to you.
She and her entire team get to know the buyers and the sellers get them together before the closing and actually create friendships during the most stressful time and making the whole process manageable and successful.
I cannot emphasize enough how important it would be for any of you who are thinking of buying or selling to call Kelli first.

Melissa worked so super hard to find us our first house in this super wild market and made it so much fun for us along the way. As first time, financed buyers were weren't the easiest to find a home for in this current market, but she had helped our grandparents relocate here in July and was so kind with them that we wanted to work with her too and we're so thankful she agreed to help. She was such a trooper and drove all throughout the valley with us during the nasty summer heat and even though it took multiple offers, we got a house WAY more quickly than we imagined possible being financed, first time buyers putting the minimum down in this market, and we attribute it all to how she advocated for us. She always stayed positive and encouraged us to never give up and was a blast to work with. We are finally moving in today and just so happy. We will NEVER EVER forget how she made this possible and will appreciate her forever and ever and ever and we even have a momento that we will find a special place for in our house to remind us of all the funny times we viewed houses with her and as a reminder to always stay grateful for the work she did. Low and behold I had two sets of clients moving to Arizona and thank the good Lord they were both moving to the same spot.  I couldn't contain my excitement because of the excellent referral partner I have in that area of Arizona.

Kelli successfully found my sellers their forever home right when we got their home on the Central Coast of California in escrow. Melissa & Kelli did an excellent job navigating them through the process and we were able to have a successful concurrent close of escrow.

In this day and age, rarely do you find business professionals that you connect with on such a personal level. I cannot think of a better duo than Melissa and Kelli!  We have worked with them as both buyers and sellers and have nothing but positive things to say.

Melissa knows the Valley inside and out and provides really in-depth knowledge of neighborhoods.  She also has an incredible knack for understanding what you're looking for - even if you can't articulate it well!  She went above and beyond spending a lot of time with us to make sure we bought the perfect house in the perfect location!

Kelli did an incredible amount of research ensuring we weren't overpaying as a buyer and were priced right as a seller.  As sellers, we had multiple offers (nearly 20!) and Kelli organized them in an easy-to-read format and then provided insight into which she would recommended and why.

Kelli is a true Gem at what she does. Responsive, professional and very detailed! She gets the job done. She handled my sister’s home selling process with such great care.  I needed a realtor in Las Vegas in order to get my mom’s home on the market, and  Kelli referred me to a phenomenal realtor!
